Horizon on Thursday next, "The Dark Secret Of Hendrik Schon" (BBC 2, 9 pm)
Schon explains how nanobots could be a right nightmare, turning the world into creeping grey goo. But is this the same Hendrik Schon who was involved in some data integrity row at Bell Labs/Lucent a couple of years ago?
And there's the BBC calling him "science's answer to David Beckham"?
Check out an old Wired story:

I suppose you're looking for science's answer to Nigella Lawson as well.

If Science's answers are David Beckham, Jamier Oliver and Nigella Lawson, what were the questions?

Has anyone got either science's answer to a plonker who missed this because I was up to me tonsils in work last Thursday, or a time machine, or a vid of the prog?
