I've noticed that Me and I often view the same stuff on the net, using bandwidth which is reasonably expensive. Because of that i'm looking for a proxy I can run to cache stuff we both use.

Ideally it'd be open source, or at least free. I think running as a service on XP would be good, and shouldn't interfere with streaming media.

Any ideas anyone?

buy a house next door to a brothel and knock a hole in the wall, much cheaper viewing than a proxy, you could call it "Windows for Wankgroups" and sell video tapes of it, it would be self financing
